Who we are
CrewMate (“we”, “us”) is pre-launch software for plumbing businesses, operated from Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the founding list we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, company size, and your answers to the short questionnaire (for example, which office problem you most want solved). If you arrived from an ad, we record which ad brought you here.
How we use it
We use this information to reserve your founding-member spot, email you about CrewMate’s launch and early access, and understand which problems matter most to plumbing businesses so we can build the right product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
By joining the list you consent to receive emails from us about CrewMate (a confirmation, launch news, and your early-access invitation). Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” — we’ll remove you promptly, no questions asked.
Analytics & advertising
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our advertising works — it tells us that a visit or signup happened, subject to Meta’s own privacy controls. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Meta ad preferences.
Storage & retention
Your information is stored securely with our hosting provider and kept only as long as needed for the launch list. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
